Patricia K. Maybee

Patricia K. Maybee, 89, of 6841 Baragon Hill Rd., passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday September 11, 2016. Born May 30, 1927 in Trenton, NJ, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. McCoy .On February 25, 1945 at Fort Dix, NJ; she married Earl L. Kline who predeceased her in 1961.

Pat had grown up in Trenton, NJ and after her marriage, her and her husband moved to Ridgway, PA and then to Tonawanda. Later they moved to Friendship where they had a dairy farm for a short time. After a few years they moved to Belfast. She received her GED from BOCES in Belmont.

Pat had many things she enjoyed doing, including. Reading, crocheting, sewing, doing puzzles, visiting casinos, shopping, watching game shows, baking, fishing, playing cards and board games. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with them.

Surviving are five daughters Carol A. (Denny) Fuller of Belfast, Diane L. Baker of Duke Center, PA, Kathy E. (John) Carney of Friendship, Jenni L. Kline of Oramel, and Lucy E. (Michael) Logue of Olean; 16 grandchildren 28 great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren; a sister in law, Joanie Coder of Brockport, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

Pat was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia J. Strong; a grandson, Sam L. Logue and a great grandson, Morgan L. Jensen; three sons in law, Billy S. Baker, Steven Burrows and Gerald Strong; longtime companion Burton M. Howell; and her loving dogs, Cleo and Chelsea.

Friends may call at the Treusdell Funeral Home, Belfast, 9-11-am on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, where a funeral service will be held immediately following at 11:00 am. The Rev. Dennis Mancuso, pastor of the St. Patrick's Church will officiate and burial will be in Black Creek Cemetery, Town of New Hudson. Memorials may be made to the Belfast Rescue Squad.
