Earl William Lamb, 80, of 4211 Rt 275, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in Hot Springs, Arkansas after a lengthy illness. Born October 25, 1942 in Genesee, NY, he was the son of Thomas I. And Mildred Dentiston Lamb. On June 29, 1962, Earl married Barbara Ann Warner. They had a happy and fulfilling marriage of 56 years until her passing in 2018.

Through the years, Earl wore many hats. From- in his younger years- working as a farm hand, being employed at the pattern shop in Friendship, driving for Coca-Cola Co., and a machine operator at Dresser-Clark Industries in Olean. Later he owned and operated Earl’s Radiator Shop in Nile and at the same time, was a home remodeling contractor, doing both of these jobs for years. Finally, he worked at Dresser-Rand in Wellsville until his retirement.

After retiring, Earl enjoyed traveling with his wife, Barb and their pets across 47 states, visiting numerous national landmarks and parks. On these trips, they visited friends old and new along the way. Also loved to attend and participate in various steam engine and car shows in WNY, Northern PA and across the country.

Surviving are 2 Sons, William E. (Tamara) Lamb of Conway, SC and Leon E. Lamb of Hot Springs, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; a sister, Catherine Fuller of Friendship; and several nieces and nephews.

Earl was predeceased by his loving wife Barbara and their daughter Mary Ann; and 2 brothers, Harold Lamb and Thomas Lamb Jr.
